Most studios quote nothing before a first meeting. That is tiresome for you and unproductive for us: you never dare ask, and we spend hours on projects that never had the budget.
So this page states three things plainly: where a project starts, what is included in the price whatever the package, and what is not.
They differ by the nature of the project, not by a feature count. The amounts are starting points: the firm price is given after scoping, before any work begins.
The site that is enough
Cap Essentiel
From €1,500
Delivered in 2 to 4 weeks
Sole trader, practitioner, craftsperson, association. A short one-to-five-page site whose only job is to reassure before the call and to be found on a local search.
Established business, practice, or organisation with several offers. A broader site with a real content strategy and SEO worked well beyond the local level.
Depending on the volume of changes · no minimum term
A monthly option, never a requirement. For those who would rather have someone watching the site than hear about a problem from a customer. The technical baseline starts at this rate; it then scales with the volume of changes you hand over to us.
Hosting, domain and certificate managed
Updates and security patches
Uptime monitoring
Backups and restore
Content changes, priced by volume
Net prices, payable as shown. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code.
Included in every project
This baseline does not depend on the package. It is there because a site missing any one of these is not a finished site — it is a site someone will have to redo.

How a project runs
The same for everyone, from first contact to launch.
01
First conversation
Thirty minutes, no commitment. We look at your situation and tell you honestly whether we are the right people — sometimes the answer is no.
02
Quote and scoping
You get a written scope, a schedule and a firm price. Nothing starts until all three are in front of you.
03
Discovery
The workshop where we learn your trade, your customers and what sets you apart. This step determines the quality of everything after it.
04
Design
Mobile and desktop mockups, presented and discussed. Nothing is built until you have approved what you see.
05
Development
The site is built and your content integrated. You get a staging address to follow progress whenever you want.
06
Testing
Speed, mobile display, accessibility, spelling, forms: all checked before anyone else can see the site.
07
Launch
Domain, HTTPS, redirects, Search Console, Google listing. The site goes live and is declared everywhere it should be.
08
Handover and follow-up
A session showing you how everything works, written documentation, and one month of corrections included.
Pricing questions
Why "from" and not a fixed price?
Because a fixed price posted without knowing your project would be wrong in one direction or the other. The figure shown is a real floor: no project starts below it. The firm price is given after scoping and does not move afterwards, unless you yourself ask to widen the scope.
What makes the price vary?
The number of pages, whether your content is ready, whether a visual identity exists, the need for features such as booking or payment, and how many design rounds you want. Those five items are priced separately in the quote, so you can see what each one costs.
Is hosting extra?
The first year is included in the project. After that, either you take the Cap Sérénité package and everything is handled, or you move the hosting into your own name and pay us nothing further. We lock nobody in.
Do I own my site?
Yes, entirely, and from the start of the project rather than at delivery. The domain is registered in your name and the source code is handed over. If you want to work with someone else, you leave with everything.
Can I edit the site myself?
It depends what you want to edit, and it is decided during scoping. For a brochure site, adding a full admin system often costs more than the handful of yearly edits it would allow. We say so rather than sell it to you.
What if I have no text or photos?
That is the most common situation and it does not block anything. We start from a recorded interview with you, then structure and rework your answers. Full copywriting and professional photography remain separate options, with partners where needed.
How does payment work?
Thirty percent on signature, the balance at launch. For Cap Grand Large projects, a milestone schedule is agreed during scoping.
Is there a mandatory subscription?
No. Cap Sérénité is an option, never a condition. A site delivered without maintenance is still a working site: it is yours and it keeps running.
Let’s talk about your project
Thirty minutes is enough to tell which package you fall into, and whether we are the right studio for you.
